Case Study: Purse Stolen in Costa Rica

A customer and his wife were on vacation in Costa Rica when the wife’s purse was stolen out of their rental car, along with her passport, credit cards, camera, driver’s license and Medicare card (which had her Social Security number on it). The theft occurred while the car was at an auto shop being fixed for a flat tire.
