A customer contacted Iris' 24/7 assistance center after his Social Security number was compromised by a phishing scam. The customer was paying a medical bill online and received a pop-up window asking him to input his Social Security number, which he did. He later contacted the medical provider and learned that they had not requested his Social Security number using a pop-up on their website.
